The 21st Century 5 is a highly detailed performance cue that blends classic maple beauty with intricate inlay work and bold contrast design.
The forearm begins with birdseye or curly maple and is divided into three sections by unique banded ring designs, with an additional band at the joint. Each band contains 24 precision red veneer square inlays set in an imitation ivory background, bordered by aluminum and black rings for sharp visual contrast.
Within the forearm, three black points pass beneath the bands while three additional points pass over them. Red wooden veneer diamonds, framed in aluminum, are inlaid at nine locations within the black points, creating layered dimension and depth.
The butt sleeve continues the theme with six total diamonds — three passing under the sleeve band and three passing over — all crafted from red maple veneer, surrounded by aluminum, and set against a black background.
To complete the design, the cue features a urethane-coated wrap with a half-inch of red-and-black speck linen at each end and solid black through the center.
